Last night we had some baked potatoes on the grill.  They were so good and the skins were super crispy!  My girls do not like the skins, I have tried time and time again to try to get them to eat the skins but have had no luck.  A lot of the nutrients are found in the potato skins.  So I saved the potato skins from dinner last night and whipped up some potato skins for lunch for my husband…

For many years now I have been growing my own organic tomatoes!  When I first started growing tomatoes I quickly noticed that there were a ton of varieties and that some varieties did better than others.   I seemed to have better luck with certain varieties like bush tomatoes and Roma tomatoes but had no luck with others that were heirloom tomatoes, Beefmaster or Brandywine varieties.  What was I doing wrong?  Why was it that I couldn’t get these varieties…
