I am very pleased to start this new series of post called “Weekend Roundup!”  Every weekend I will display the post that I shared for the week and will also display some of my favorite post that were displayed in Whole Foods Wednesday.  If you haven’t joined us on Whole Foods Wednesday to share or get some amazing recipes and lifestyle tips then stop on by and check them out.  Each week we keep growing and there are so many amazing sites out there that come by and link up to share their wonderful post.

This week was a busy week for Whole Lifestyle Nutrition!  We focused on caramel this week for some delicious fall time favorites.  Do you like caramel corn or caramel apples?  Head to any grocery store and check out the ingredients on the label.  I bet you will find high fructose corn syrup in 99% of these products.  My goal was to create these two treats without corn syrup, unhealthy fats or refined sugars.  I created 2 different caramels and both are spectacular!   Be sure to join us again next week for our weekend roundup!

So the next post that caught my eye was this delicious Cathedral City Mature Butternut Squash and Chili Cupcakes via Clairejustineoxox .  I would make a few slight changes by using whole milk and maybe sprouted wheat flour.  I am looking forward to making these real soon!
