I am very pleased to start this new series of post called “Weekend Roundup!” Every weekend I will display the post that I shared for the week and will also display some of my favorite post that were displayed in Whole Foods Wednesday. This week was a busy week for Whole Lifestyle Nutrition! We completed our FREE 30 Day Dumbbell Challenge and I am so please that so many of you turned out for this challenge! This challenge can be started at anytime and will be available most likely through the end of the year. It is FREE, so what do you have to lose (except inches of course 🙂 )?
