1 pound of grass fed beef
1 slice sprouted grain bread (made into fine bread crumbs), for grain free and gluten free diets, use 2 tbsp cooked quinoa
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4-1/2 cup Halle’s BBQ Sauce (Click Here for recipe)
Mix all ingredients together. Form into 16 meatballs. Put in a baking dish and brush on 1/4-1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, coating all sides. Cook at 375 degree oven for 18 minutes.
