My girls love apple dippers!  I am always looking for ways to balance out a snack so that it  has some healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates.  This snack is perfect for just that, a balanced snack.  It is simple to make and is a snack that everyone will enjoy!

Organic Apple Dippers Recipe!

Serves: 1 serving
  • 2 ounces full fat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raw nut butter or natural peanut butter
  • ½ tsp raw honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  1. Mix together all the ingredients and stir well.
  2. Serve with sliced apples.

    can you make this in a larger batch and keep in fridge?

      LisaFussell Sure  can Lisa! I would cut the apples right before you are ready to snack because the apples might get brown if cut to early.

        Great! I’m looking for as many ideas as I can find to make it convenient and easy for my kiddos to eat healthy.  Since they are ALWAYS hungry:)
