My girls love apple dippers! I am always looking for ways to balance out a snack so that it has some healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates. This snack is perfect for just that, a balanced snack. It is simple to make and is a snack that everyone will enjoy!
- 2 ounces full fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp raw nut butter or natural peanut butter
- ½ tsp raw honey
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Mix together all the ingredients and stir well.
- Serve with sliced apples.
