Dry Rub, Holistic Recipe

This rub can be used on pork, beef, chicken and even fish. Just rub it on, bake as usual, and enjoy.
Serves: ¾ cup
  • 1 tbsp unrefined sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup organic cane sugar, coconut sugar or rapunzel sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika
  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
