Post Workout Berry Smoothie, Holistic Recipe
I often times come home from the gym needing a little extra snack or recovery drink. This is a perfect post workout snack. If you are looking for a little more protein, add another tablespoon of gelatin. This drink is full of flavor and is super healthy for you!
Serves: (1) 12 oz smoothie
  • 6 oz whole greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (disolved in warm water) optional
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • ⅛ cup of water or milk
  • ¼ of banana
  • 3-4 strawberries
  • 1-2 tsp coconut palm sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • ⅛ cup wild blueberries
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
