Gluten Free Cereal Recipe - Chocolate Chip Banana Crunch |

I Love This Gluten Free Cereal Recipe!

So if you have been around my blog much, you might have noticed that I pretty much live a gluten free life and I often eat grain free as well.

Notice that I said pretty much!  I believe in balance.  Sometimes I will eat a gluten free cereal recipe like this one, and other times I might whip up a batch of my Paleo gluten free and grain free cranberry almond crunch cereal.  I like to have options, so that I don’t get bored with on a particular food.

So today, I want to share with you a gluten free cereal recipe that is a little different then my typical “from scratch” kind of baking. I am actually going to use a boxed prepared food item, but hold on…it is a different kind of boxed item, and definitely a healthier option!

When You Are Pinched For Time

I get it, sometimes you want convenience! Finding “healthier” convenience foods can be hard to find in this day and age.  But guys, have I got a terrific brand to tell you about!

Have you noticed over the past month I have been participating in a 30 day gluten free challenge?  Well, I have and let me tell you, it has been an incredible experience!

Living Now Foods

My sponsors in this challenge, Living Now Foods, sent me a box of gluten free goodies.  Not only are they gluten free, but they are free of many allergens!

Living Now Foods are:

  • GMO Free
  • Mostly Certified Organic
  • Dairy Free
  • Egg Free
  • Soy Free
  • Wheat Free
  • Nut free

I know, pretty amazing right.  Could there be a “boxed” food item that is actually made with quality ingredients?  The answer is yes!  Living Now Foods is that brand and  they give you a better option to choose from.

All Things In Moderation

Now I am not saying make your whole diet out of these products, what I am saying is that it is okay from time to time to use these products.  It is all about a balance, remember?

So for this recipe, I used Living Now’s Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Mix and let me tell you, it makes an incredible crunchy cereal!

I mean really, how great does this look?  Let’s get into this recipe already!  Hope you all enjoy this, it is a delicious gluten free cereal recipe!
