Good rule of thumb though is double in size.

Double in size? Tripled? Something else? Thanks!

If you are looking for a lighter loaf, you might want to try this version of my sourdough. http://wholelifestylenutrition.com/recipes/traditional-san-francisco-sourdough-bread-recipe/

Do you know what I can do to make it lighter and airier? Thank you

I will try putting parchment paper in the bottom next loaf. This is my first try at baking this bread. It certainly a Labor of Love with the two week starter. I was hoping to master this spelt loaf before Thanksgiving. If the loaf doesn’t come out after it cools then I will use it to make my dressing. I will not waste it.

If so, is the starter multiplied accordingly or is there a different equation?

Taste good but flat. Have you tried this with a refrigerator proof?

Any clues or helps?
