I’m Getting Excited!
Hey everyone, I am getting super excited to launch my NEW cookbook! I am not ready yet…but, I am getting there. I hope to have this book done and completed by the end of next month!
I have been working really hard in the kitchen creating super delicious recipes that are totally grain free and gluten free.
When I went grain free and gluten free, I knew I would miss out on a lot of my favorite foods, like pastas, tortillas and breads.
But after living this lifestyle for several years now, I have really put a focus on creating the best recipes possible using alternative flours and other nutrient dense ingredients.
You can have your pastas, breads and batters and better yet, they are good for you and super easy to make!
More Than Just A Cookbook
This is more than just a cookbook, it is guide to help you learn how to use gluten free and grain free ingredients.
I will share my favorite tips and tricks for:

So it wasn’t good enough to just have great tasting food, these recipes had to taste better than the originals. I have tested and retested these recipes and I have to tell you all…they are AMAZING!
