Roasted Chick Peas??
I know, have you ever heard of roasting chickpeas? I hadn’t until yesterday!
When you roast them, they take on a totally different flavor and texture. These little things are crunchy, a bit salty and packed with all kinds of flavor!
I can see putting these on salads, packing them in my kids’ lunch, putting them in a healthy trail mix… the possibilities are endless!
This Amazing & Simple Recipe!
Here is what you need to do. The only change I made was instead of using olive oil, I used grass fed butter. Simply toss your chick peas with butter and spices (see recipe). Put on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes.
