- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together sprouted flour, baking soda, and unrefined sea salt and set aside.
- In a mixer bowl add the butter, coconut oil, sugar, vanilla and egg and mix until smooth (about 30 seconds).
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients in the mixing bowl and blend on medium speed until well mixed.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop a rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
