Description
This good morning smoothie is a great breakfast or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup blueberries and blackberries mixed together
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional if your berries are tart)
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional, I left this out of my smoothie)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 sliced banana (frozen)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy
