Description

This good morning smoothie is a great breakfast or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup blueberries and blackberries mixed together
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional if your berries are tart)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional, I left this out of my smoothie)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 sliced banana (frozen)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy
