Description

This pumpkin pie smoothie is a great breakfast or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana sliced (and preferably frozen if you like a thick smoothie)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • a dash of cinnamon to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of raw, local honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until it is smooth. You may add more milk 1 Tablespoon at a time as desired if it is too thick.
