This berry smoothie is the perfect post-workout snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz whole greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (dissolved in warm water) optional
  • 46 ice cubes
  • 1/8 cup of water or milk
  • 1/4 of banana
  • 34 strawberries
  • 12 tsp coconut palm sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/8 cup wild blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
