Description

This delicious and refreshing strawberry banana kombucha smoothie is a great smoothie treat with the benefits of kombucha.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup kombucha
  • 1 cup frozen bananas and strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place the kombucha in the Vitamix.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries and bananas and place the lid on the Vitamix.
  3. Turn the speed on 1 and increase the speed to high and blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Use tamper to help push the fruit down towards the blade.
  5. The smoothie will be thick. Spoon into your favorite glass and enjoy.
