Homemade Almond Milk Recipe {Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Paleo}

Description

This recipe is frothy, has a slight hint of sweetness and is incredibly delicious!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water, filtered
  • 1 cup almonds, raw not roasted
  • 45 organic dates, pitted
  • 1/41/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender Vitamix NutriBullet or Blendtec.
  2. Blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.  After 2 minutes increase the speed to high and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Strain your milk in one of these reusable bags or in some cheesecloth.
  4. Put the milk into a glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
