Lemon Pepper Organic Grilled Shrimp Recipe

Once you have lemon pepper organic grilled shrimp this way, you will never go back to cooking it any other way!


  • 1 pound wild caught large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Juice of 1/2 of a fresh lemon
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Place the shrimp onto the skewers.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and salt and pepper together. Squeeze lemon juice into melted butter mixture and stir well.
  4. Put the shrimp onto the greased grill and baste generously with butter/lemon mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then turn.
  5. Baste theĀ other side of the shrimp and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
  6. Serve shrimp over a bed of red quinoa.
