Organic Pesto Chicken Pizza Recipe

This simple pesto chicken pizza recipe is so easy to make and perfect for lunch or light dinner.


  • 2 large sprouted grain tortillas
  • 2 tbsp of fresh pesto or olive oil
  • 1 cup of sliced cooked pesto chicken
  • 1/22/3 cup of sliced sweet 100 tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
  • fresh basil, about 2-3 sprigs
  • 1/21 cup of shredded cheese of choice.


  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Place 2 tortillas onto a cookie sheet and brush the top of each tortilla with 1 tbsp of pesto or olive oil.
  3. Place the chicken, tomatoes and basil on the tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle your favorite cheese on top and bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust becomes crispy.
  5. Slice and serve.
