Wild Grilled Cod With Organic Strawberry Salsa Recipe

This is a quick and easy wild grilled cod recipe is absolutely wonderful!


  • 1 pound (about 4 fillets) wild caught cod
  • 2 tbsp grass fed butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sliced organic strawberries
  • 1/4 of an avocado chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • few dashes of unrefined sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tsp olive oil


  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  2. Butter both sides of the fish with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place onto a grill pan (or you can place it directly onto the grill).
  4. Grill for 4-6 minutes on one side and then turn over and grill for 3-4 additional minutes.
  5. The fish is done when you can take a fork to it and it flakes easily.
  6. For the salsa, combine the strawberries, avocado, jalapeños, lime juice, salt, cilantro and olive oil. Mix well and serve on top of fish.
