Ingredients

  • 7 large pieces of cubed day old sourdough bread (If gluten free, use gluten free bread)
  • 3 tbsp grass fed butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.

  4. Place the melted butter in a small bowl and add in the garlic salt and Italian seasoning and stir well.
  5. Pour over the bread cubes and toss well so that the bread gets evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss bread cubes until they are all evenly coated.
  7. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning them over at the 15 minute mark.
