Description

This gluten-free, grain-free cinnamon nut crunch cereal is a crispy and crunchy way to start the day.


Ingredients


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine frozen berries and toss them with the coconut sugar, cinnamon and potato starch.
  3. Place berry mixture into a greased (I used coconut oil) 9×9 inch square pan or greased individual ramekins.
  4. In another bowl combine the cereal (cut up into smaller pieces), nutmeg and sugar, stir and set aside.
  5. Place berry mixture into oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and add cereal mixture and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  7. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the topping starts to slightly toast.
  8. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
