Listen to your intuition. It will tell you everything you need to know. ~ Anthony J. D’Angelo
Limitless Freedom Method
You’re here today because most likely you’re living your less-than-best life. And that’s okay. Because we can fix that.
I have developed a methodology called the Limitless Freedom Method. The main goal of the Limitless Freedom Method is to help you reconnect to your inner-self so that you can pinpoint exactly what you want and create the right mindset to manifest your dreams. This is a revolutionary way to experience freedom in the most spectacular kind of way.
Within this methodology is 10 easy-to-apply principles. Today we’re going to go over Principle #3, How To Utilize Your Intuition To Make Decisions.
That Feeling Just Below The Surface
Have you ever heard a little whisper or felt something just below the surface of your skin?
Maybe it was a little nudge telling you something wasn’t right? Or maybe it was a feeling telling you to go for it.
That voice or feeling is called your intuition.
The definition of Intuition “is the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning”.
According to researchers at Leeds University, intuition is more than just a hunch, it’s a real psychological process in which our brains store, process and retrieve information on a subconscious level.
How To Acknowledge Your Intuition
Often, we don’t know how to even listen and acknowledge our intuition.
- It could be a feeling of excitement or nervousness.
- It could be goosebumps or a burning sensation.
- It could feel like a knot in your stomach or a quick flutter of your heartbeat.
For many of us, we focus on the loudest feeling/voice inside of us and often we just need to get still enough to hear the more subtle feeling or message.
Intuition is actually an instinct that everyone has, we just need to tune into it.
An Animals Instinct
Animals have an instinct to listen to their intuition.
I can remember when I went to the dog park with my girlfriend and her dog. Her dog refused to come into the park every single time that there was this certain dog there.
My dog would go in, but would stay on the outskirts of that dog and would not go anywhere near it. Both dogs had the instinct that something was off.
Fast forward a couple weeks, we were back at that park and a dog fight broke out between this dog and another. Our dogs had an instinct that told them to stay away.
Human beings are the only creatures on the planet that push away from listening to their instincts.
I encourage you to listen up. Your subconscious is trying to convey something to you and more importantly guide you to listen to your intuition.
I Know This Might Sound Bizarre But…
A little over 20 years ago, I was buying a car and noticed that I had a “feeling/sensation” about my salesman.
I admired his drive. I had this feeling of excitement that left me feeling somewhat giddy. I had this thought that this man was put in my life for a reason.
As bizarre as this sounds, within 5 minutes of meeting this salesman, I looked at my girlfriend who was with me at the time and said, “I know this sounds crazy, but I’m going to marry that man.”
She said “Halle, you’re crazy.”
I just knew in my gut that he was my “future guy”. I sat with it for a little while (1 week to be exact) and gave him a call and that lead to our first date.
We’ve been married just shy of 20 years. How crazy is that? I trusted my gut and went for it and that is how I met my husband.
Let’s take a look at how you can use your intuition to make decisions.
4 Steps To Master The Skill of Intuitive Decision Making
It’s a game changer when you start to listen to your intuition when you’re making decisions.
Here’s four easy-to-apply steps to follow your instincts to confidently make decisions. Let’s take a look at them.
Step 1: What decision are you contemplating? Acknowledge any emotions or thoughts behind this decision.
Step 2: Gather all the information that you can. Get ideas. Analyze it, get others feedback (if needed).
Step 3: What is your heart telling you to do? Do you have a gut feeling about it? In other words, how is your intuition speaking to you. If you feel it, make your decision. If you don’t feel it go to step 4.
Step 4: If you don’t feel anything, don’t do anything. It’s perfectly okay to get still with that feeling and allow it to process. Once something comes to surface, then you can act on it. If it doesn’t come to surface, just be. Don’t rush it. It will come if and when you’re ready.
How My Intuition Lead Me To Entrepreneurship
Let’s take a look at another example.
I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to own a brick and mortar business, and two online businesses.
I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have my intuitive decision making skills.
Let’s take my first business as an example. I was working in the corporate world when I had this urge to do something different.
One night I was discussing with my husband my frustrations of working for someone else.
He said “Well what would you do if you could work for yourself?”
I said, “I would open up my own bagel cafe.” I immediately felt excitement and felt a flutter in my stomach (step 1).
I gathered all the information, considered some ideas to make it happen, asked for some feedback from some trusted professionals, and analyzed how I could make this happen (step 2).
This was such a big decision. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it… (step 3). (This is where some people get stuck on limiting beliefs. Don’t worry, we’ll cover that in principle #4.)
I sat with the feelings for several weeks until I was confident that becoming an entrepreneur was my future. I followed my heart and left my corporate job to open my own restaurant (step 4).
All My Major Decisions Have Been Guided By My Intuition
All of my major decisions that I’ve made in my life I have trusted my intuition.
Whether it be to open up my restaurant, to start Whole Lifestyle Nutrition, or to develop the Limitless Freedom Method.
I tuned into my intuition to move across country, not once, but twice in my life.
Whatever the major life event, I was able to use my intuition to help me make these decisions.
As you can see, it’s important to tap into that feeling or little voice that sits just below the surface. It’s there to serve you. You just have to tune in to it.
Once you do, you too can use your intuition to follow your heart and fulfill your dreams.

That’s it! See you next time for Principle #4 – Crushing Your Limiting Beliefs. You’re not going to believe how easy it is to crush your limiting beliefs. I’m talking 4 easy steps!!
Thanks for your article! I faced a similar situation. I also had some minor problems, and for a while I was looking for a way out to solve them. For some reason, very often it turns out that we do not pay attention to our intuition, but it suggests the correct decision in seconds. I read in some book about the fact that you need to learn to observe your thoughts, because our brain gives out the right decision. But only at the first moment when the question arises. Later, experience and other factors are superimposed on this thought. You need to learn to fix the very first thought, because it is the most correct one.
