I’d use it to completely restock my whole pantry with nothing but whole foods and organic spices, a spirilizer, new food processor. Everything I need to change my eating completely to whole foods and never look back!
It is not very original of me apparently, but I’d buy a Vitamix! I live in Japan where they are super-dooper expensive. Serious megabucks and no reconditioned Vitamix availability. $450 Amazon dollars wouldn’t get me all the way there but it would get me close!!
