The members area of Whole Lifestyle Nutrition is a place where we share

- tips, strategies, & videos to help you transition to a real food lifestyle for good

Our weekly meal plan takes the guesswork out of what’s for dinner.
Our Recipes …
- are healthy and made with unrefined ingredients
- do not use processed ingredients
- include gluten free and grain free options
- include nutritional information for each recipe
- are made with simple, wholesome ingredients
- are tested, tried and family approved
- will feed between 4-6 people (and some recipes will have enough for leftovers the next day)
- typically takes less than 30 minutes to prepare
- are budget friendly
What is Included in This Meal Plan & How Does This Meal Plan Subscription work?
So here is how this meal plan works.
- Each week, you can choose your meal plan from our growing list of meal plans.
- Each meal plan will have 5 full meals, a full grocery list, a prep ahead list, a budget analysis of the grocery bill and nutritional information.
- Also included is a PDF printable copy, bonus recipes, and recipe videos.
- You will be given access to our members area for the duration of your subscription.
- In our members area you can also view individual recipes, see photos of the recipes, ask questions and find support within our community.
- Every Thursday for the next year (2013), I will post a new weeks meal plan to the members area.
- You will have access to everything you need to create easy, nutritious meals that everyone will enjoy.
That’s it! We do all the hard work so that you can enjoy dinners with your family!
By the end of 2013, we will have over 50 meal plans for you to choose from
and over 500 recipes! WOW, that is a lot of content!
When is This Available?
We are super excited to announce that this will be available to everyone next week! We will be opening up registration early next week!
As you could imagine, a lot of time goes into this members area and I will be charging a very low fee to become a member of our members area.
We are happy to be able to offer all of this great content for right around $.25 a day…WOW, now that is a terrific value! What I will save you on your grocery bill alone will pay for this meal plan, so essentially it will be free to you!

Sounds great! We don’t buy salmon often due to the cost, but it’s about the only seafood I enjoy right now. Looking forward to the recipe- will it only be on the meal plan?
Not sure yet Adrienne! I have so many recipes to share right now that it might be a bit! I really don’t have a salmon recipe on my site…so it might show up. 🙂

Think I may be able to talk my parents into trying this. They both have over 30kg to lose, maybe even closer to 40kg.
