My girls love apple dippers! I am always looking for ways to balance out a snack so that it has some healthy fats, protein, and carbohydrates. This snack is perfect for just that, a balanced snack. It is simple to make and is a snack that everyone will enjoy!

Description

These organic apple dippers are a delicious well-balanced snack that everyone will enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 2 ounces full fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp raw nut butter or natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and stir well.
  2. Serve with sliced apples.

      LisaFussell Sure  can Lisa! I would cut the apples right before you are ready to snack because the apples might get brown if cut to early.
