I am so excited about this recipe! My girls and I love chocolate chip ice cream but I wanted to create a healthier version of it so I set out to make a chocolate chip frozen yogurt. This recipe is so simple. No equipment is needed other than a bowl, some measuring cups and spoons, a sauce pan and a whisk. You do not need an ice cream maker for this recipe. How simple is that! Use this recipe as a base. You could substitute so many ingredients into this recipe to create your own special frozen yogurt flavor. The possibilities are endless. Try adding a little mint extract to this recipe for some Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt. My next batch I am going to substitute the chocolate chips for some organic wild blueberries. I hope you enjoy this recipe, it’s one of my families favorites!
