This berry smoothie is the perfect post-workout snack.
Ingredients
- 6 oz whole greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp gelatin (dissolved in warm water) optional
- 4–6 ice cubes
- 1/8 cup of water or milk
- 1/4 of banana
- 3–4 strawberries
- 1–2 tsp coconut palm sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/8 cup wild blueberries

- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
