Post Workout Berry Smoothie

I often times come home from the gym needing a little extra snack or recovery drink. This is a perfect post-workout snack. If you are looking for a little more protein, add another tablespoon of gelatin. This drink is full of flavor and is super healthy for you!

Description

This berry smoothie is the perfect post-workout snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz whole greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp gelatin (dissolved in warm water) optional
  • 4–6 ice cubes
  • 1/8 cup of water or milk
  • 1/4 of banana
  • 3–4 strawberries
  • 1–2 tsp coconut palm sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/8 cup wild blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
