Roasted organic kohlrabi and sweet potatoes make a great side dish to any meal.
- 1 cup cubed sweet potatoes (skin removed)
- 1 cup cubed kohlrabi (skin removed)
- 2 tbsp melted grass fed butter
- 5 sprigs of fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and roast in a 450 F oven for 25 minutes, turning half way through the cooking time.
