Hey guys, did you see that we are doing a 30 day gluten free challenge? Yep…you can read about it here!
As promised, I will share my gluten free recipes throughout the challenge. We are now in week 2 of the challenge!

From My Partners #LivingNowFoods
So as noted, I have joined forces with one of my partners: Living Now (Ad), and accepted a challenge to live 100% gluten free for 30 full days.
So many people think that living gluten free is super hard and that the food tastes super bland! This could not be the furthest from the truth!
Gluten free foods and recipes can taste amazing and can be quite simple and easy to make in your own home.

How I Felt In Week Two of The Gluten Free 30 Day Challenge
So I want to report how I felt on my second week of this gluten free 30 day challenge. If you missed my recap of last week, the first couple of days were rough. I have no doubt that my body was detoxing from the gluten I had consumed over my mini-vacation (read about that here).
By the end of the first week, I started to feel a bit better. I entered week 2 in hopes of feeling better and I am happy to report that I did feel better, and my energy went through the roof!
I also noticed that my cravings, specifically to carbs, went away…like vanished! My body is finding a balance and positive things are happening!
A Positive Side Effect of Going Gluten Free!
Some positive signs to this gluten free challenge: my eczema is clearing up (I have eczema flare ups when I allow gluten in my diet, I clear sign that I have an allergy to gluten).
Check this out! I took the picture on the left right before the challenge and look how much it has cleared up in just 2 weeks time without gluten in my body! INCREDIBLE!!!! Oh and I should note, I used no medicine what so ever on this, just eliminated gluten out of my diet!
