This looks wondeful; I have made something very similar br adding some unsweetened shredded coconut to put on top of Spelt Pancakes with a little maple syrup.

All I had in the pantry was cranberries and walnut mixture. Added it to the apples and my husband “Mr Picky” said I could make them anytime. Made the magnificent maple coated pork chops and some organic corn on the cob and got rave reviews from my most picky critic. Thanks again Halle for your tried and true recipes.
