My girls and I made some homemade ice cream out of a baggie last night. I still can’t believe I can make ice cream in 10 minutes time! 🙂 They wanted some chocolate sauce to go on top. What a perfect opportunity to try a new recipe! So I headed over to This Chick Cooks and got this amazing recipe. You can view Katie’s original recipe here but I did adapt it slightly. I advocate against using microwaves so I used a double boiler to melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. It only takes 2 minutes to melt the chocolate this way.
