Ingredients
- 1 pound grass fed ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
- 1/4 cup celery, finely minced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 8 oz of tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 2 tbsp raw honey
Directions
- Over medium heat brown ground beef in a skillet for 5 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
