Organic Grass Fed Sloppy Joe’s Recipe

  • Calories: 181.5
  • Fat: 4.2g
  • Carbohydrates: 18.1g
  • Protein: 18.7g

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass fed ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz of tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp raw honey

Directions

  1. Over medium heat brown ground beef in a skillet for 5 minutes.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, Serving size is 1 serving
