Sometimes I find it difficult to find a bun for my hamburger that isn’t loaded with artificial ingredients and a whole lot of carbs. I set out to find a better alternative and this is what a came up with. These portabella mushrooms are excellent and hold so much flavor. They are thick enough to support the weight of your favorite burger. If it is summertime in your area, then try putting these on the grill. Grill for 10 minutes per side.
