I just picked some sugar snap peas out of my garden. This is one of my favorite ways to cook my peas!
- 4 cups sugar snap peas (trimmed if needed)
- 1 tbsp grass fed butter
- 1/2–1 tsp lemon juice from a fresh lemon
- salt to taste
- Steam sugar snap peas in about 1 inch of water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and add butter, lemon juice, and salt.
- Mix well and serve.
