Let’s Make A 3 Ingredient Sorbet
So today’s recipe has only 3 ingredients and will take you less than 3 minutes to whip up!
What are these 3 ingredients? Check them out!
Strawberries, blueberries, and Kombucha
Pretty simple ingredient list right? First, you want to get some frozen organic blueberries and strawberries.
Next, you need some kombucha. Kombucha, what?? Yeah, I know…many of you might be new to kombucha, I just started brewing mine a little over 6 months ago.
Let me tell you, once you start making kombucha you will be hooked…it is that A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!
You can learn how to make it in my easy to follow series of post: What Is Kombucha and Why Is It So Healthy For You?
If you aren’t into making it yourself, you can always purchase a bottle at your local health store or grocery store.
Let’s Make This In Less Than 3 Minutes.
So the beauty of a Vitamix is that you can make just about anything in no time flat. So here is what you need to know!
- Add the frozen berries to the blender.
- Pour the kombucha over the berries.
- Turn your Vitamix on low and gradually increase the speed to high.
- Use the tamper to help push the fruit down closer to the blade.
- Blend for 1 minute or until well blended.
The mixture will be very thick. That is what we want! With an ice cream scooper, scoop into a bowl and serve immediately!
Velvety Texture, Amazing Flavor
I mean look at this! Don’t you just want to take a bite of this? Go ahead, it is okay to imagine it! 😉
This will quickly become a favorite for everyone in your household. My girls literally just burst into the house after school yesterday screaming “Mama, can we have some of your homemade sorbet?”
Ahhhh, music to my ears! They are asking for fruit and kombucha, both extremely healthy!
So go on and get out of here and head into your kitchen and pull out this amazing berry sorbet Vitamix recipe and get ready to be amazed! Go on…. oh and come back and let me know what you think!

Yum! I don’t have a vitamix so mine was more smoothie than sorbet. But still very delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
Kari says
Don’t put kombucha in the blender! It will explode! Too much fizz from the fermentation!
