When The Holidays Arrive!
I just LOVE fudge! What I don’t love is all of the refined sugars that most fudge recipes have. So I set out to make a delicious, healthier fudge and oh my…this fudge taste amazing!
This recipe will take you absolutely no time to make, and it is so much better than traditional fudge recipes!
I also did a cute and very short video for this recipe. Enjoy this wonderful fudge recipe!

- Place the coconut into a food processor.
- Blend on high for about 10 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides every few minutes.
- When the mixture becomes runny you will then have coconut butter (see video above this recipe).
- Now add in all the remaining other ingredients and pulse several times until well blended.
- Press fudge into a small dish lined with parchment paper.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes, remove and cut into 15 small pieces.

Making these now, can’t wait!
If I already have coconut butter, how much would I use in this recipe?
2/3 cup is what you would use if you already have coconut butter.
Really like this idea. Especially being real honey and not processed sugar…Great recipe!
Thanks
Can I use dry unsweetened coconut?
Yes, but you still need to run it through the food processor to make butter.
I made this recently and absolutely LOVE it! This is much more filling than traditional fudge and gives me a boost of energy as well. My sister tried a piece after dinner and she couldn’t sleep that night because she was so full of energy. Thank you for sharing!
So happy you enjoyed them Nancy!
do u have a recipe for organic vanilla fudge?
How much sugar would be in a serving? I know honey counts in bring sugars up….
Awesome recipe. Will it work if you use less honey like a 1/4 of a cup? Thanks
Yep, it should work just fine, but 1/4 cup really isn’t that much and it isn’t overly sweet.
Can u use peppermint flavor instead of essential oils?
