Halle, just made this pizza for lunch and it was great. Topped with tomatoes, garlic, onions, mushrooms, some left over turkey and spinach. Yummy!!
Pizza night with my family last night. I love this pizza. I’m telling you, it taste like the real thing. Topped it with organic pizza sauce, mushrooms, organic pepperoni and cheese! It was so great! 🙂 Music to my ears when my girls ask for another piece and there is no more!
Sounds so yummy I’ll have to try. Being new to parchment paper ….where do you find it AND does it go in the oven with pizza dough?
You can find it in any grocery store Polly next to the plastic wrap and foil. It goes into the oven and this doesn’t stick on it at all! It is some great stuff 🙂
Thanks for reply. Will get some and give it a try.
Does it get crispy?
Does it get crispy?????
@LynnCarangelo I wouldn’t say it was crispy, but not soggy either. It has a nice texture. You could try cooking it a little longer to see if that makes it more crispy. I love this crust!
what is the diameter of the crust ?
It looks as if this crust would work well as a wrap. Have you tried it that way? I’m traveling and can’t wait to get home and try this!
I have not, but yes I think you are right…it would work well! Let us know if you should try it how it turns out!
Does it have an eggy taste? tried so many different things but they all seem to end up tasting like an omelette.
