Description

Here is a delicious summertime salad that everyone will enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup fresh mini mozzarella balls (about 4 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp Halle’s Italian dressing – see recipe
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, julienned

Instructions

  1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Stir in fresh mozzarella, Italian dressing and basil.
  3. Chill and serve.
