30 Day Gluten Free Challenge
Hey guys, did you see that we are doing a 30 day gluten free challenge? Yep…you can read about it here!
As promised, I will share my gluten free recipes throughout the challenge. We are now in week 4 of the challenge!
If you missed week 1′s, week 2′s or week 3, you can find them in our gluten free archives here.
From My Partners #LivingNowFoods
So as noted, I have joined forces with one of my partners: Living Now (Ad), and accepted a challenge to live 100% gluten free for 30 full days.
So many people think that living gluten free is super hard and that the food tastes super bland! This could not be the furthest from the truth!
Gluten free foods and recipes can taste amazing and can be quite simple and easy to make in your own home.
How I Felt In Week Four of The Gluten Free 30 Day Challenge
So I want to report how I felt on my fourth and final week of this 30 day gluten free challenge. I am amazed, I mean absolutely amazed, at the positive results I have experienced from living a gluten free life.
By the end of the week three, I was experiencing better sleep, no craving, weight loss, clearer skin and energy that was through the roof! I have been having so much fun with this challenge, and I have come to the conclusion that eating, cooking, and baking for a gluten free lifestyle is where I need to be!
There is no question that I do better when I eliminate gluten from my life! This challenge is over, yes…but living gluten free is far from over for me. I will continue on living a gluten free life. I feel too darn good not to continue on this path!
