Could I use Almond flour? I do not have any coconut flour.
They really aren’t interchangeable. Using almond flour would work, just not sure on the quantity.
I stumbled on this recipe while trying to find a peach cobbler made with no sugar, and am so happy I found it, I made it last night and it was delicious!! I wanted to add that I used coconut milk since that’s what I had, and it made it custardy, it was so yummy!! Thanks for the recipe!!
So glad you enjoyed it!
