So as noted, I have joined forces with one of my partners: Living Now (Ad), and accepted a challenge to live 100% gluten free for 30 full days.
So many people think that living gluten free is super hard and that the food tastes super bland! This could not be the furthest from the truth!
Gluten free foods and recipes can taste amazing and can be quite simple and easy to make in your own home.
How I Felt In Week Three of The Gluten Free 30 Day Challenge
So I want to report how I felt on my third week of this gluten free 30 day challenge. If you missed my recap of last week, I had some pretty incredible results, make sure you check it out!.
By the end of the week two, I started to feel pretty darn amazing! I have been having so much fun with this challenge, and I have come to the conclusion that eating, cooking, and baking for a gluten-free lifestyle really is quite easy and absolutely delicious!
My body continues to find its balance and positive things keep happening! I am sleeping better, my eczema is almost gone and I feel amazing!
