Hey guys, did you see that we are doing a 30 day gluten free challenge?  Yep…you can read about it here!

As promised, I will share my gluten free recipes throughout the challenge. We are now in week 3 of the challenge!

So many people think that living gluten free is super hard and that the food tastes super bland! This could not be the furthest from the truth!

How I Felt In Week Three of The Gluten Free 30 Day Challenge

 

So I want to report how I felt on my third week of this gluten free 30 day challenge.  If you missed my recap of last week, I had some pretty incredible results, make sure you check it out!.

By the end of the week two, I started to feel pretty darn amazing!  I have been having so much fun with this challenge, and I have come to the conclusion that eating, cooking, and baking for a gluten-free lifestyle really is quite easy and absolutely delicious!

My body continues to find its balance and positive things keep happening! I am sleeping better, my eczema is almost gone and I feel amazing!

    I have made the PALEO, GLUTEN FREE, GRAIN FREE MINI MUFFINS with homemade chunky applesauce (your recipe).
    Absolutely MARVELOUS!
    Also put the Quinoa stuffed peppers. AMAZING!
